Warranty for Treatments Performed at Dental INN Clinic
At Dental Inn, we prioritize excellence in medical care and the comfort of our patients. Since our opening, we've been dedicated to providing high-quality dental services, utilizing modern equipment, premium materials, and innovative techniques.
To ensure the durability of treatments performed at our clinic, we offer a warranty under the following conditions:
- The patient must undergo a minimum of two annual professional dental cleaning sessions, which are essential for maintaining oral health and preventing complications. Additionally, it's important to follow the dentist's recommendations regarding the care and maintenance of their dental work.
- Any prosthetic or dental reconstruction work must not be affected by dental interventions performed outside the clinic or by trauma suffered in the oral cavity.
If a defect appears in a dental work made in the dental laboratory, Dental Inn will take care of its remediation as soon as possible.
Osseointegration of the dental implant is guaranteed. If the dental implant is rejected during the osseointegration period, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
For the dental implant warranty to be valid, all stages of the treatment must be performed at our clinic. This applies exclusively to the dental implant product itself. Upon completion of the treatment, patients will receive an implant passport and a certificate of conformity for the dental work.

Conditions for Granting Warranty
The warranty applies exclusively to patients who:
- Have completed their treatments entirely within the Dental Inn clinic.
- Attend periodic check-ups every 6 months for monitoring and professional cleaning.
- Comply entirely with the dentist's instructions.
- Maintain rigorous oral hygiene, as per the recommendations received.
Cases Where the Warranty is No Longer Valid:
For treatments to maintain their effectiveness and durability, the patient must follow medical recommendations. Loss of warranty can occur in the following situations:
- Poor oral hygiene, leading to dental complications.
- Failure to follow the dentist's instructions regarding the care and use of dental work.
- Incorrect use of various dental devices or prostheses.
- Failure to attend periodic check-ups every 6 months.
- Periodontal diseases that affect the stability of dental work.
- Accidental damage to dental work (blows, falls, trauma).
- Unauthorized interventions on the work performed in another clinic or laboratory, without our written consent.
- Financial obligations were not met as per the contractual agreement.
Situations Where the Warranty Does Not Apply:
There are certain aspects that are not dependent on the medical act performed in our clinic, which is why the warranty cannot be offered in the following cases:
- Systemic conditions or general diseases undeclared or appearing after the treatment.
- Dental problems caused by stress, which can affect oral health.
- Temporary dental work, such as temporary dentures, bridges, or crowns.
- Complex surgical procedures, such as sinus lifts, bone grafts, or augmentations, as their success depends on the individual reaction of the body.
- Chronic conditions, such as diabetes, osteoporosis, periodontitis, or oncological treatments (chemotherapy).
- Dental Whitening Procedure (although teeth whitening is guaranteed, the result varies depending on the enamel structure of each patient)
- Root canal treatment, where success can vary depending on the individual anatomy of the tooth, regardless of the technology used.
